Quality Engineer
Job Description
for Supplier Quality Incoming raw material inspection. Verification of product as per Drawing, Specification and Purchase order. Testing on incoming material as per given testing procedure. Verification of Supplier test report, test certificate. Maintain all kind of records regarding incoming inspection. Maintaining Rejection data product and supplier wise. Co-ordinate with purchase, store and supplier on any kind of quality issue. Use of Kaizen to improve working environment. Follow-up with supplier for Corrective and preventive Action on quality related issue. Supplier performance records. for In-process Quality In-process product set-up approval and in-process inspection. Verification of product as per Drawing and Specification. Testing on product as per given testing procedure. Maintain all kind of records for in-process inspection and testing. Maintaining Rejection data product and machine wise. Co-ordinate with operator, Setter and Production team on any kind of quality issue. Root cause analysis and barnstorming to solve issue. Use of Kaizen to improve working environment. Preparing Corrective and preventive Action on quality related issue. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 910,000.00 - 915,000.00 per month Schedule:
