The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all electrical and electronic products meet the required quality standards. This includes inspecting raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods, identifying defects, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming materials and components for conformance to specifications.
Perform in-process and final inspections on electrical/electronic assemblies and products.
Use testing tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and continuity testers to verify functionality.
Identify defects, document findings, and report issues to the production or engineering team.
Maintain detailed inspection records and quality reports.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken.
Ensure products comply with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.
Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Calibrate and maintain inspection and testing equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
1 year of experience in a similar role
Good knowledge of electrical and electronic components and circuits.
Familiarity with industry quality standards.
Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strong documentation skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Proficiency in using inspection tools and software.
