Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Quality Engineer

with strong knowledge of injection molding processes and quality systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in inspections, audits, documentation, and problem-solving as per industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

in-process inspection

and ensure quality checks at all stages. Perform

FPA (First Piece Approval)

and

LPA (Layered Process Audit)

; understand and monitor injection molding process parameters. Analyze

customer and in-house complaints

, prepare countermeasure reports, and handle

Red Bin analysis

. Carry out

Process & Product Audits

as per standards. Manage and implement

4M change (Man, Machine, Material, Method)

controls. Monitor

PDI (Pre-Dispatch Inspection)

, inspection results, sampling plans, and incoming inspection processes. Prepare and maintain

QMS documents

as per

IATF 16949:2016

requirements. Interpret

technical drawings

and conduct detailed parts inspection. Use measuring instruments:

Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Push-Pull Gauge

, etc. Identify and troubleshoot

molding defects

. Prepare basic

Excel reports and PPT presentations

. Support

continuous improvement

activities using

Poka-Yoke, Kaizen, 5S

, and GD&T concepts.

Skills Required

Strong understanding of mechanical and injection molding processes Knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prepare technical reports and documentation Basic MS Excel and PowerPoint skills Good communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
