Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Design, develop, and maintain test automation solutions and frameworks across multiple layers of the application (UI, API, Services, Data).
Automate testing for various technologies, including Mobile, Devices, Browsers, Client-Server, Micro-Services, and Containers.
Develop automation solutions that support functional testers in performing testing efficiently.
Understand functional requirements to design optimized test scenarios, identify test cases, and integrate them with application code and DevOps pipelines for automated execution and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure automation solutions meet business needs and adhere to industry standards.
Troubleshoot and debug automation issues; optimize solutions for performance and scalability.
Develop and maintain test data and test environments to support automated testing.
Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to improve software quality and reduce defects.
Skills:
Manual testing experience in financial services.
Ability to write test cases, execute tests, manage defects in JIRA, and track testing status.
Automation testing skills are a plus; proficiency in both manual and automated testing preferred.
Strong knowledge of JIRA and defect management processes.
Experience:
Proven experience in manual testing, with some exposure to test automation.
Experience in designing and executing test plans, cases, and scripts.
Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and DevOps integration is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
