Be a part of a team of Quality Engineers at the (insert site) that applies its expertise and knowledge in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve quality output and continuous improvements. You will drive process initiatives that ensures compliance with customer requirements, regulatory agencies, government regulations and engineering specifications while instilling site accountability for governance of the Quality System, product acceptance and, product quality.

Key Responsibilities

Be a part of a team of Quality Engineers at the (insert site) that applies its expertise and knowledge in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve quality output and continuous improvements. You will drive process initiatives that ensures compliance with customer requirements, regulatory agencies, government regulations and engineering specifications while instilling site accountability for governance of the Quality System, product acceptance and product quality.
Idea generation, Brainstorm solutions, Continuous improvement, Risk analysis
Coordinate resolution, Process definition, Auditor of process, Regulatory reviews
Cost improvement analysis, Drive technical solutions
Be responsible for total Quality such as Incoming, In-process and Finish Goods Inspection including Customer inspections and complaints.
Conducting QMS & Process audits, focal point for Customer & Product Certification Audits
Document, review, and update Core tools like PFD, PFMEA and Control plans.
Drive and ensure all quality Metrics for compliance for New Products (NPI) or Transitions.
Coordinate with Projects for customer requirements, compile and submit QAP & related documents.
Monitoring & Analysis of yield / quarantine material, Recovery through Suppliers or Inhouse rework, Failure Analysis (8D), drive & monitor corrective actions.
QMS Documentation, Calibration of test and Measuring instruments through Third Party.
Coordination with Global functions, drive Manufacturing Alerts, Priority Notice, Be Aware Notice, Retrofit Program, Design Improvements, etc.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering (Electronics & Telecommunication / Instrumentation) Skills / Experience
6 to 8 years of Work Experience in Quality function in core Electronics Mfg. Industries
Sound Knowledge on electronics and Instrumentation fundamentals
Experience on soldering (SMD, Through Hole), CCA (circuit Card Assembly) cleaning, Potting, conformal Coating and environmental stress screening processes
Shall be able to handle the measurements / analysis using electronics test equipment
Knowledge on IPC 610, acceptability criteria of electronic assemblies.
Knowledge on Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) requirements and compliance.
Knowledge on certifications FM, BIS, IECEx, ATEX, CSA, UL, W&M (LM), CCoE, IP, etc.
