Job Description

:

• Mechanical engineering graduate with 3-4 years of experience in Quality, Ignition Tool, SQL, Python, system integration, and Power BI.

• Basic understanding of shopfloor product quality and inspection practices.

• Hands-on experience in PFMEA execution and documentation.

• Independently create and update PFMEA documents to identify and reduce process risks.

• Review and manage PPAP packages for customer approvals related to Structures, Sheet Metal, Hydraulics, Casting, and Machining components.

• Good knowledge of GD&T and ability to interpret engineering drawings.

• Maintain and update QPL records for supplier and material approval control.

• Develop and manage process and real-time automation systems using Ignition software.

• Develop SQL queries to retrieve and review data for performance insights.

• Use Python for automating tasks, analyzing trends and predictive quality analysis.

• Build Power BI dashboards to show KPIs, quality performance, and process trends.

• Manage Databricks workflows for advanced analytics and data integration.

• Work with cross-functional teams to improve process capability and product consistency.

• Support problem-solving, root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.

• Use Creo software for working with 3D models and design validation.

• Proficient in Microsoft tools like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.

• Excellent English communication and ability to handle projects independently with minimal supervision
