Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control:

Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process parts, and finished goods to ensure they meet specifications.

Process Monitoring:

Observe manufacturing lines to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.

Data Analysis:

Collect and analyze quality data (metrics, defects) to identify trends and areas needing improvement.

Problem Solving:

Assist in investigating quality issues, performing root cause analysis (RCA) to find why defects occur.

Collaboration:

Work with production, design, and supply chain teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality procedures.

Continuous Improvement:

Support initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
