Key Responsibilities

Inspections and Testing

: Perform detailed site inspections to ensure work meets quality and safety specifications, conduct material tests to verify they meet standards, and witness specialized tests.

Documentation

: Develop and maintain quality control plans, document all inspections and test results, and create records to ensure a quality assurance record for future reference.

Compliance

: Ensure all construction activities and materials comply with project specifications, contract requirements, and relevant local building codes and regulations.

Process Monitoring

: Supervise and monitor construction processes to ensure work is carried out correctly and efficiently, recommending adjustments to the production process as needed.

Problem Resolution

: Identify quality issues and noncompliance, and work with site teams, contractors, and project managers to implement corrective actions and resolve problems.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
