Location:- Manesar Salary:- 35k-42k Industry Type:- Manufacturing of LED lights Job description:- Manage and oversee the warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatching, and inventory management of automotive produced in house and procured from vendors. \xe2\x9d\x96 Make plan of the shipments as per the priority of the customer and make changes as per the availability of the material from vendors and its readiness inhouse. \xe2\x9d\x96 Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient warehouse operations and effective inventory management. \xe2\x9d\x96 Ensure the products are stored, handled, and transported properly to prevent damages and maintain the quality of products. \xe2\x9d\x96 Proper identification , marking of the products and planning effective and safe packaging of the same to ensure damage free exports \xe2\x9d\x96 Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and quality control checks for all the consignments and lots \xe2\x9d\x96 Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and replenishment of products \xe2\x9d\x96 Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that the products meet the required specifications. \xe2\x9d\x96 Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure the products\' quality and report any non-conformances or deviations to the management. \xe2\x9d\x96 Implement corrective actions to address any quality issues and ensure continuous improvement in quality control processes. \xe2\x9d\x96 Ensure compliance with the relevant regulations and standards related to warehouse operations and quality control. \xe2\x9d\x96 Visit the vendors to check the timeliness and correctness of production being made and accordingly make the container plans Interested candidates can call on 9958541685.
