Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure product quality as per company and industry standards. Conduct

in-process & final inspections

and document findings. Prepare and maintain

quality reports

, checklists, and inspection records. Perform

Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

and implement

Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)

. Work closely with production to reduce defects, improve process efficiency, and solve quality issues. Handle

customer complaints

, analyse issues, and provide resolutions. Ensure compliance with

ISO standards

(ISO 9001 or applicable). Implement and monitor

quality improvement initiatives

. Ensure proper calibration of tools, gauges, and testing instruments.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of

QC tools

(7 QC tools, 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, etc.) Good understanding of

ISO documentation

and quality procedures. Knowledge of

measurement instruments

(Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.) Analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Ability to coordinate with production and cross-functional teams. Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related engineering field.
