(Quality Engineer)

A Quality Engineer ensures that products, processes, and systems meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. Working in a 12-hour shift (8 AM - 8 PM), the role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality output throughout production cycles.

8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Days:

Typically 6 days a week (depending on company policy)
Key Responsibilities

Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Conduct inspections, audits, and tests on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products. Identify defects, root causes, and recommend corrective/preventive actions. Maintain and update quality documentation (SOPs, checklists, reports). Collaborate with production, maintenance, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues. Ensure adherence to ISO, Six Sigma, or other relevant quality frameworks. Train operators and staff on quality procedures and best practices. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
