Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Quality Control (QC) Engineer / In-Charge

to ensure that all products meet the required quality standards and customer specifications. The role involves inspection, testing, documentation, problem-solving, and driving continuous improvements in quality systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Conduct

incoming, in-process, and final inspection

of raw materials, components, and finished products. Monitor and maintain adherence to

quality standards, procedures, and customer requirements

. Prepare, review, and maintain

QC documentation, inspection reports, and test records

. Handle

measuring instruments, gauges, and testing equipment

, ensuring calibration and accuracy. Manage

PPAP documentation

and support

APQP activities

for new product development. Investigate

non-conformities

and initiate corrective & preventive actions (CAPA). Support

root cause analysis

and implement process improvements to prevent recurring defects. Coordinate with the production team to ensure

process quality control and defect reduction

. Address and resolve

customer complaints related to quality

, including reporting and follow-up. Assist in

internal audits

and support external/customer audits as required. Promote a culture of

continuous improvement and quality awareness

across the plant.

Qualifications and Skills

Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy, or related engineering discipline. Proven experience in

Quality Control / Quality Assurance

within a manufacturing industry. Knowledge of

ISO:9001:2015, PPAP, APQP.

Hands-on experience with

measuring instruments, gauges, and testing techniques

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of

root cause analysis tools

(5 Why, Fishbone, etc.). Good documentation and reporting skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
