Job Description

We are looking for Quality Engineer (QC)

with 1 to 2 years experience in QC Manufacturing.

The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet the company's quality standards. This role involves inspecting, testing, and analysing products, developing quality assurance processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards throughout the manufacturing process. Conduct inspections, audits, and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods. o Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, test data, and calibration records. Support internal and external audits (ISO, customer audits, etc.). o Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure continuous improvement and process optimization. Analyze data and prepare reports on quality performance metrics (defect rates, rejection analysis, etc.). o Ensure adherence to company and regulatory quality standards. Train operators and technicians on quality standards and best practices. Requirements: Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics and Communication, or related engineering field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing setup (Freshers may also apply depending on company policy). Skills: Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality tools (7 QC Tools, 5S, Kaizen, etc.) Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation skills

Salary : 15000 to 25000.
