Description:
CTG is seeking to fill a Quality Engineer - FullStack position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Design, develop, and implement full-stack test automation solutions and frameworks across UI, API, services, performance, and data layers.
Work with web, desktop, mobile, device, browser, client-server, micro-services, and containerized architectures.
Develop reusable and maintainable automated test scripts to optimize test coverage and efficiency.
Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Conduct test scenario modeling and ensure effective identification, coding, and execution of test cases.
Analyze test results, report defects, and support troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Continuously enhance test processes, automation strategies, and tools to improve quality and efficiency.
Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages for automation (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#).
Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman, JMeter, Appium).
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and full-stack application architectures.
Experience with containerized environments and microservices architecture.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Experience:
Proven experience designing and implementing automated testing solutions for full-stack applications.
Hands-on experience with end-to-end testing, including UI, API, performance, and data layer testing.
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
Background in working with Agile or Scrum development teams is preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
