Jr. Engineer - Quality

Minimum Qualification

Diploma / Degree in Electrical

Minimum Experience

1-2 years of relevant experience in Quality Inspection / Quality Assurance

Technical Competencies

Ability to check supplier challans, PO compliance, and generate GRN. Preparation of inspection reports and process inspection checklists. Understanding and verification of approved drawings (GA, Electrical, Terminal, BOM, Data Sheets). Knowledge of calibration, fabrication, and powder coating reports. Verification of supplier test reports and manuals of instruments. Finished product inspection checklists and compliance documentation. Awareness of national & international quality standards. Ability to check DOL/Star-Delta circuits, PID controllers, APFC panels, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out inspection activities for electrical panels as per checklists. Conduct raw material inspection as per procedures and update GRN. Verify supplier challans, fabrication reports, and powder coating quality. Record inspection findings and maintain quality documents for dispatch. Update ERP with accepted/rejected material quantities. Maintain calibration reports of measuring instruments. Interpret and verify client drawings and specifications. Support monthly/quarterly production plans through timely quality checks. Lead and coach trainee engineers, delegating tasks effectively. Visit client sites as and when required for inspection and quality assurance. Ensure innovative, efficient, and compliant ways of working. Handle multiple client requirements with professionalism. Complete all tasks delegated by seniors within deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
