Check All The Scrap Daily:
Ensure all production scrap is collected and submitted on time as per the defined schedule.

Check PPAP Followed Well:
Verify that the date,time and correspond to the actual work performed and check the rejection data.
o
Measure The Unit Weight Daily:
Unit weight refers to the weight of a single item or unit of a product.To record unit weight for all jc(job card) items.
o
Signature On The Washing And Qc Register:
Verify that dated,time correspond to the acture work performed and check the rejection data and on the washing register.
o
Make Specimen As Per Requirement:
Prepare test specimens as per the required standards.
o
Incoming Inspection Of Wire (IIR):
Check and verify the wire size, density, hardness,
conductivity and silver percentage during incoming material inspection.

Prepare JCIR:
Prepare visual inspection to check for surface defect, discoloration, or damage. Verify the size, layer and bonding quality as per drawings. Ensure that all inspection
results are accurately recorded in the JCIR(job card inspection results report), including any deviations, remark and inspection any deviation, remarks and inspection details.
o
wire hardness test:
Check hardness by Rockwell hardness tester.
o
Rewashing:
As per need. If the part has discoloration, dullness or stains ,it must be rewashing. If burr remains after machining is needed, rewashing before final inspection.
o
Die Check:
Inspection die dimensions using a profile projector to ensure they confirm to the approved drawing.
o
Customer sample check and make report:
Inspection customer sample such as dimensions, appearance, material etc. Including measurements, observations and any
deviations in a detailed customer sample inspection report.
o
Fill unit weight silver % traceability qc rejection:
Fill all ERP sheet.
o
Upload vendor test certificate:
Collect and verify vendor test certificates for incoming materials. Upload the verified certificates to the designated system or database with proper file.
Qualifications:
diploma courses in engineering or technical fields
.
Minimum Previous Experience:
1-2 years of experience in quality assurance/control, preferably in [industry - e.g., manufacturing, automotive, electronics].
Other Skills:
Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)-:
Understanding of QA processes (proactive) and QC methods (inspection-based).
Knowledge of Quality Standards-:
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949, AS9100, or other industry-specific standards.
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Six Sigma.
Auditing Skills-:
Internal and external audit planning and execution.
Non-conformance handling and corrective action tracking.
