Job Description

Sansu is a 37 year old Gravity Die Casting company setting up LPDC and PDC facilities in Narsapura Industrial Area (after Hoskote on Old Madras Road).

We are looking for a smart, independent Quality engineer who can manage IATF documentation, prepare timely reports, handle and ensure process compliance and interact with customer complaints. Should be Diploma/BE with minimum 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure Die Casting process compliance Manage ISO/IATF documentation Oversee inspection of incoming and outgoing material Assist in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, and safety goals/KPIs. Handle customer complaints and relevant documentation Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities (8D) and Optimize The testing process Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible

Skills and Qualifications

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or relevant field Minimum 2 Years work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus Die Casting Process knowledge is a MUST

Preference:

GDC/LPDC/PDC Expertise Superb computer competence, including database management Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
