Key Responsibilities in Construction

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction work complies with project specifications, codes, and standards. Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, and material submittals to confirm quality expectations. Document non-compliance issues, facilitate corrective actions, and maintain inspection and test records. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve quality-related concerns. Prepare and maintain quality manuals, inspection plans, and as-built documentation for project handover. Oversee material receiving inspections, testing, and storage compliance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on site. Assist in third-party inspections and audits as required.
Required Skills

Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards, codes, and construction regulations. Expertise in quality management systems (such as ISO 9001) and construction quality methodologies. Excellent documentation, reporting, and organizational skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail for detecting and addressing quality issues. Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with diverse teams. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to resolving conflicts and preventing defects.
Typical Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in construction quality control or QA/QC engineering. Familiarity with quality control tools, procedures, and relevant software.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
