Job Description

Ensure quality standards are maintained in all civil construction activities, including RCC, structural steel, and finishing works.

Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct inspections, material testing, and audits to ensure construction quality meets design requirements.

Review and approve construction materials, mix designs, and workmanship as per project standards.

Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and third-party inspectors to address quality related issues.

Maintain documentation of test reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action plans.

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to quality control.

Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement corrective and preventive measures.

Train site teams on quality control procedures and best practices in construction.

Support project handover processes, ensuring all quality documentation is completed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
