Job Title:
Quality Engineer
Summary: This role provides comprehensive oversight of product quality by supporting quality control activities, addressing complaints, determining root causes, executing corrective actions to avoid recurrence. The position fosters continuous improvement by analyzing quality trends using SQC/SPC methods, steering risk assessments, and driving improvements in products and processes. Additionally, it supports the development of new testing methods, training programs, change management initiatives, and global collaboration to sustain and enhance quality standards.
Responsibilities Include:

• Ensure quality control operations complying with the EHS and Quality standards
• Support to investigate internal and external product quality complaints to identify root cause and corrective actions.
• Work with operations team and technology groups to support new product translation with respect to Quality requirement
• Work with quality leader on to eliminate product related quality concerns by actively participating in Quality Risk Assessments and Defect Reduction programs
• Identifies the gaps and improve the accuracy of quality control methods and liaise with team for implementation
• Support for internal audits and external audits.
• Support towards providing technical training for the quality control team based on the training needs identified
• Anchor Quality Forward Look meetings with the analysis of data from SQC and SPC
• Initiate quality MOC and participates in Management of Change (MOC) reviews

Qualifications:
The following are required for the role

• M.Sc., Chemistry with 10+ year of experience in Chemical Industries
• Expert in Analytical Equipment testing, maintenance and Trouble shooting
• Thorough knowledge and hands on experience in QC, QA and QMS process.
