Position description: To assure the quality for in-house manufacturing parts, assemblies and process designs, to meet the requirement of customer, with the specified project timeline, before start of mass production. Primary Responsibilities:
- DFMEA & PFMEA participation & capture failure modes take pro-active actions to prevent defects
- Prepare extreme tolerance matrix and complete the build.
- Complete the DFB / DFA/DFM in respective development stages.
- Study the process capability in each development stages.
- Process validation for manufacturing cells and assembly lines.
- Sign off the MPT targets in each development stages.
- Progressive PPAP verification and providing the feedback.
- Implementation of Start up control to prevent the defects reaching to customer
- Analysis_ Analyze the problems of AQI, FQI, Engine rework and Vehicle direct pass.
- PPFR complaints handling & resolving for MIW parts
