Quality Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities

Incoming inspection of Tools/Parts & preparing reports Prepare deviation reports & share to customer. In-process inspection Final inspection for quality parameters and visual inspection Assure quality of Product delivered Internal daily calibration of quality equipment's Monitor & assist in on time external calibration of quality equipment's. Involve in internal & customer complaint analysis and CAPA implementation. Involve in suggestion scheme, quality improvement activities (1-1-1, 3-1 projects) and implement HSE ,5S, OOE & Cost savings projects. Ensure process are in line with standards (QMS, EMS, Internal operation standards). Inform Quality manager for quality related issues. Working & handling shifts for day-to-day quality activities. Liaison with external agencies for calibration & service - owner Involve in QMS(ISO9001, IATF16949 & AS9100) & EMS(ISO14001) Implementation & Internal audits. Adherence and monitor every one in the department follows to all safety requirements Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to the product, process and quality system.

Required education, experience, knowledge

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical /Automobile Engineering Min 5 years of experience in quality function Knowledge on QMS(ISO9001/IATF16949) & EMS ISO14001
