Key Responsibilities

Monitor ongoing construction work for quality in materials, workmanship, and finishing. Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and IS codes. Conduct site inspections for RCC, brickwork, plastering, tiling, waterproofing, etc. Coordinate with third-party agencies for material testing and report validation. Maintain QA/QC documentation, site inspection checklists, and daily quality logs. Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and vendors to ensure timely corrective actions.

Candidate Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering . 3-7 years of experience in construction safety and quality roles. Strong observation, documentation, and reporting skills. Languages: Fluent in Hindi and Marathi; basic English preferred.
