What will you be doing at Atrium?

At Atrium, we believe that quality is a shared responsibility, not a siloed phase. As a Quality Engineer on our AI Platforms team, you will play a critical role in the evolution of Andi, Atrium's AI-powered Salesforce configuration and development agent. Andi is designed to dramatically accelerate Salesforce work, from admin configuration to complex development, while maintaining enterprise-grade security, governance, and human oversight.


You will join a cross-functional team of developers and architects to build full-stack solutions. Your mission is to bring a disciplined QE mindset to our AI platform, implementing robust automation frameworks, performing deep exploratory testing, and ensuring that our agentic workflows produce high-quality, reliable results. We are looking for a passionate technologist who loves to hone their craft and stay ahead of the innovation curve in automated delivery.

In this role you will:

Own the Quality Strategy

: Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for our AI Agent platforms, ensuring coverage across the entire application (UI, API, Agent Service, Data Platforms, etc.).

Drive Automation

: Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks that validate agent behavior and integration points.

Shift Left

: Collaborate with developers and stakeholders early in the lifecycle to define acceptance criteria and build quality into the product from the start.

Perform Exploratory Testing

: Conduct deep-dive exploratory testing on product builds to identify edge cases that automated scripts might miss.

Performance & Load Testing

: Assess system responsiveness and resource consumption to ensure features meet enterprise performance benchmarks.

DevOps & Build Engineering

: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support high-velocity, high-quality delivery.

Application Security Testing

: Collaborate with the team to identify vulnerabilities and ensure the platform maintains enterprise-grade security standards.

Facilitate Defect Management

: Lead defect triage sessions and work closely with the engineering team to prioritize and resolve issues.

Promote Shared Ownership

: Act as a quality advocate within the team, helping everyone understand and contribute to quality goals.

In this role, you will have:

5+ years of professional testing experience

within an Agile/Scrum environment, with a deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle.

3+ years of hands-on coding experience

in Python, TypeScript, or similar language (Python preferred).

Strong Automation Expertise

: Proven success in building and maintaining test automation for APIs, services, and web-based UIs.

Cloud Platform Experience

: Experience testing cloud-based applications on at least 1 provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure).

Data Validation Skills

: Experience testing data-driven systems and ensuring data integrity across different environments.

A "Shift Left" Mentality

: Experience embedding quality practices early in the cycle and maintaining system health post-release.

Analytical Mindset

: The ability to break down complex, non-linear workflows into testable components.

Collaborative Spirit

: Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a highly interactive, team-based environment.

In this role, it will be nice to have:

AI/ML Familiarity: Basic understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, prompt engineering, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). AI Evaluation Concepts: Familiarity with modern AI testing techniques, such as LLM-as-a-judge, RAG-based retrieval and relevance metrics, agentic system and tool use evaluations, and adversarial testing for safety and security. Salesforce Ecosystem Knowledge: Experience with Salesforce configurations or an understanding of Salesforce metadata structures.
