Key Responsibilities

A. Quality Assurance & Site Inspections

Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets design specifications and industry standards for: Residential Waterproofing Window Aluminium Work RCC Podium Work Monitor workmanship and installation processes, promptly identifying and documenting non-conformances--as site QAQC templates recommend Expertia+1.

B. Documentation & SOP Development

Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each of the three construction types. Develop method statements and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) as routine quality control tools Scribd. Maintain quality documentation: submittals, inspection records, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), test results, site instructions, and calibration certificates Scribd.

C. Monitoring & Compliance

Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, and regulatory quality standards by reviewing drawings, material submissions, and specifications Expertia+1. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site leadership to address and resolve quality issues swiftly.

D. Reporting

Submit

Weekly Quality Reports

summarizing inspection outcomes, outstanding issues, corrective actions, and risk indicators. Compile

Monthly Quality Performance Reports

--presenting trends, deviations, improvements, and lessons learned.

E. Training & Stakeholder Coordination

Conduct training sessions to ensure site teams understand quality expectations, SOPs, and safety standards Expertia. Assist during internal and third-party audits and inspections.

3. Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. 3-5 years' experience in quality assurance roles within construction--especially involving waterproofing, aluminium works, and RCC structures Expertia+1.

Technical & Soft Skills

Strong knowledge of QC/QA systems, inspection protocols, and quality documentation. Proficient in drafting SOPs, ITPs, method statements, and checklists. Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills. Clear communication abilities and collaborative approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
