Assist in the delivery of pre-designed onboarding and refresher training sessions .
Help in tracking agent performance and updating improvement logs .
Support the senior trainer by preparing training materials and quality reports .
Flag critical quality deviations and compliance breaches to the management .

Key Responsibility Areas
Meeting daily/weekly targets for the number of call audits performed .
Accuracy and consistency in scoring calls as per the quality guidelines .
Timely and accurate maintenance of all quality and training records .
Effective coordination and logistical support for all training programs .

Qualifications
