Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain professional appearance and personal conduct at all times, perform duties as assigned.

Issue and documentation of policies.

Deal with all matters concerning quality management system, improvement, accreditation of the health care service.

Function as apex committee for monitoring performance indicators.

Plan and act for continuous quality improvement of hospital.

Periodical assessment and audit of hospital's various departments on quality and arrive at a score for the facility.

Ensuring that the hospital meets all regulatory compliances.

Plan, schedule and execute various committee meetings of hospital.

Arrange and conduct training sessions for employees and ensure quality improvement in their specific fields.

Feedback analysis of IP/OP patients.

Requirements

Education: MHA / MBA in healthcare management

Experience: Minimum 1 year in hospital quality management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
