The Quality Coordinator will support the organizations clinical and service quality initiatives by monitoring key indicators, conducting audits, coordinating improvement activities, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. The role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and effective coordination with clinical and non-clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Quality Monitoring & Reporting



Monitor, collect, and analyze clinical and service quality data from assigned centres. Identify gaps, variances, and trends, and prepare monthly/quarterly quality indicator reports for leadership review. Maintain dashboards and MIS reports with high accuracy.

2. Quality Improvement & Audits



Coordinate quality improvement projects across centres to enhance patient outcomes and service efficiency. Support internal audits, compliance checks, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Track follow-up actions and ensure timely closure of quality gaps.

3. Accreditation & Compliance Support



Assist in NABH/JCI accreditation readiness, documentation, and compliance activities. Ensure adherence to quality policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Prepare centres for periodic regulatory and accreditation surveys.

4. Training & Collaborative Support



Educate and orient staff on quality standards, patient safety protocols, and continuous improvement methodologies. Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to strengthen quality processes and service excellence. Participate in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and quality committee meetings as required.

5. Documentation & Data Management



Maintain accurate records of audits, incident reports, compliance checklists, and improvement initiatives. Create presentations, reports, and visual dashboards for management using Excel and PowerPoint.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS tools Knowledge of quality indicators, patient safety standards, and healthcare protocols Exposure to NABH/JCI audits is highly desirable Excellent communication and coordination abilities Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
