Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-line and final inspections of garments
Check fabric, trims, and accessories quality before production
Identify defects and ensure corrective action with production team
Monitor stitching, measurements, finishing, and overall garment quality
Prepare quality reports and maintain inspection records
Work closely with production supervisors to minimize quality issues
Ensure the final product meets buyer specifications and company standards
Follow AQL standards and QC procedures
Maintain quality checkpoints at various production stages
Coordinate with merchandisers for approvals and quality updates
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of QC experience
in garment/textile manufacturing
Strong knowledge of garment construction, stitching, and finishing
Ability to identify defects and guide corrective actions
Familiarity with AQL inspection methods
Good communication and reporting skills
Detail-oriented and strong analytical ability
