Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished goods quality checks.
Monitor production quality as per FMCG standards.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and hygiene protocols.
Maintain quality records, test reports, and documentation.
Inspect packaging materials and ensure correct labelling.
Coordinate with production team to resolve quality issues.
Handle customer complaints, deviations, and CAPA.
Knowledge of lab testing, sampling, and quality parameters.
