Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Quality Controller

with

3 to 5 years

of experience in garment quality checking. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring product quality at every stage, ensuring that all garments meet company standards before dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

Check the quality of fabrics, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing. Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken. Perform in-line and final quality inspections. Maintain daily QC reports and documentation. Ensure production follows quality standards and buyer requirements. Coordinate with production, finishing, and packing teams. Follow AQL standards and quality procedures. Guide workers on quality improvements when needed. Reject defective pieces and monitor rework status. Ensure timely delivery with zero quality issues.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years experience

in garment QC. Strong knowledge of garment construction and stitching techniques. Ability to identify defects quickly and accurately. Good understanding of quality standards (AQL). Good communication and reporting skills. Physically fit and able to work on the production floor.
