Key Responsibilities
Conduct
daily/weekly quality audits
across Rooms, Housekeeping, F&B Service, Kitchen, Front Office, and Public Areas
Monitor
hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
as per FSSAI, HACCP, and hotel SOPs
Ensure adherence to
standard operating procedures (SOPs)
across departments
Identify quality gaps and
recommend corrective & preventive actions
Coordinate with department heads to
implement quality improvements
Track and analyze
guest feedback, reviews, and complaint trends
Prepare and submit
quality audit reports
to management
Conduct
staff briefings and training
on quality and service standards
Support
internal and external audits
and inspections
Maintain proper documentation related to quality checks and compliance

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma / Degree in
Hotel Management or Hospitality
1-3 years experience
in hotel operations / quality / audit role
Experience in
mid-scale or luxury hotels
