Key Responsibilities
Implement, monitor, and maintain
Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS)
across all stages of food processing.
Ensure compliance with
FSSAI regulations
, standards, and documentation requirements.
Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Maintain accurate records related to quality control, inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
Identify quality issues, deviations, or non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
Assist in internal and external audits related to food safety and quality standards.
Train and guide production staff on hygiene practices, quality standards, and food safety procedures.
Ensure proper implementation of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and hygiene standards in the facility.
Prepare reports and communicate quality-related findings clearly to management.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge and practical understanding of
FSMS
.
Sound knowledge of
FSSAI laws, regulations, and compliance procedures
.
Good command of
English communication
(both written and verbal).
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and handle responsibility with integrity.
Qualifications
Any Science Degree
(Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields preferred).
