Job Description

:

The Quality Control Executive is responsible for ensuring that PET, Glass, and HDPE packaging products meet defined quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. The role involves inspection, testing, process monitoring, and documentation to ensure consistent product quality throughout manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

Ensure packaging materials meet customer and regulatory standards. Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for PET bottles, glass containers, and HDPE packaging Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to SOPs and quality parameters. Identify quality deviations and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions. Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and test results. Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, FSSC, HACCP, or customer-specific quality standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to reduce rejection and wastage.

Requirement:

1-5 years of experience in quality control Strong understanding of material properties of PET, Glass, and HDPE Experience in handling quality deviations, rejections, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) Ability to work closely with production, maintenance, and warehouse teams Ability to handle time-bound inspections in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
