Skill: Quality Controller

Experience: 3 - 6 years

Location; Tirupur(Avinashi)

Notice Period: Immediate

Job Responsibilities

? Develop, manage implement communicate and maintain a quality plan.

? Effectively interact with Technical, Development and Production Team.

? Assisting technicians for checking patterns/specification and construction.

? Supervise in handling of sample evaluation and production approval.

? Monitored QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data,

? Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly

? Provide enough quality control seminars and coaching for company trainees/ teams

? Ensuring all Quality & machine maintenance and also proper utilized MMR (Man to

Machine Ratio)

? To conduct pre-production meeting,

? Doing in-line inspection to check quality

? Follow up pre-final inspection

To keep all necessary documents and quality SOP (Standard Operation Procedures)

? Lead all quality staff and GPQ (Guideline for Production and Quality)

? Ultimately ensure final product quality

? Support with required details during internal and external audits of the company.

? Assist and provide inputs to the fabric, production and purchase teams regarding the

quality production accessories and other raw materials.

? Timely submit the quality report to the management to maintain continuous total quality

of products.
