We are seeking a skilled Quality Controller with 2-3 years of experience in the textile and garments industry to ensure product quality at all stages of production in compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect fabrics, trims, and accessories as per quality standards. Monitor quality during cutting, sewing, washing, finishing, and packing. Identify defects and ensure corrective and preventive actions. Conduct in-line, end-line, and final inspections as per AQL standards. Ensure adherence to buyer specifications and quality manuals. Maintain inspection reports and quality records. Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve quality issues. Support internal audits.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / Degree in Textile or Garment Technology. 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Quality Controller. Strong knowledge of fabric and garment quality parameters. Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
