Experience: 1 - 2 Years
Department: Quality
Location: Machine Shop
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-process and final inspection of machined components.
Use measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, etc.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and traceability documents.
Support the team in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with customer quality standards and company guidelines.
Communicate with the production team for quality improvements.
Assist in 5S, Kaizen and other quality initiatives.
Qualification:
Diploma / B.E / Any related mechanical qualification
Basic knowledge of machining process preferred
