Roles and responsibilities:
Inspects raw materials, products, and processes at various stages.
Uses tools like calipers and gauges to measure products against specifications.
Monitors production to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
Records inspection results and reports problems or defects to management.
Trains production staff on quality control measures.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2-3 years equivalent experience.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
