Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Engineer - HVAC Air Distribution Products Manufacturing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products through the implementation of quality control processes and procedures. The Quality Control Engineer will collaborate with various teams to maintain high standards and meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure product quality meets industry standards Conduct regular inspections and tests on products to identify any defects or deviations from specifications Collaborate with production and operations teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions Utilize ERP systems for tracking and managing inventory and quality control data Communicate and document quality control procedures and findings Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control processes and procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management Proficiency in quality control methodologies and tools Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Certification in Quality Control or related field is a plus
