Job Description

Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Record and analyze test data and report deviations or non-conformities to management. Maintain proper documentation and quality records in accordance with industry regulations (e.g., GMP, ISO, HACCP). Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions. Monitor equipment and perform calibration and maintenance as required. Participate in internal audits and support external audit processes. Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained in the laboratory or inspection area. Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs). Train new employees or production staff on quality standards when required.
