Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative Quality Controller to join our team in Sachin and

Saroli. The Quality Controller will be responsible for ensuring that garments produced in the

manufacturing unit meet the company's quality standards. This role involves inspecting raw

materials, in-process production, and finished goods, identifying defects, and ensuring corrective

actions are implemented promptly.

How You Will Add Value (Core responsibilities)

? Inspect incoming fabrics, trims, and accessories for quality issues.

? Identify defects like stains, holes, weaving faults, shading, etc.

? Conduct in-line quality checks during cutting, stitching, and finishing stages.

? Monitor stitching quality, seam strength, measurements, and workmanship.

? Perform AQL-based final inspection before packing and dispatch.

? Check size accuracy, labels, tags, ironing, folding, and packaging standards.

? Record defects (major/minor) and maintain daily QC reports.

? Coordinate with production team to fix recurring defects.

? Ensure production SOPs and quality guidelines are followed.

? Maintain quality logs and report issues to management.

? Support continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

What You Bring to The Team (Experience & Education)

? Strong knowledge of garment construction and QC processes.

? Understanding of AQL standards and inspection methods.

? Eye for detail and ability to identify defects quickly.

? Good communication and coordination skills.

? Basic knowledge of MS Excel (preferred).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
