Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Quality Control Executive

with hands-on experience in analytical testing, instrumentation handling (HPLC/UV), and regulatory documentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting raw material and finished goods inspections, managing microbial and heavy metal testing, and ensuring quality compliance through effective cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform analytical testing using instruments like

HPLC, UV Spectrophotometer

, etc. Conduct

Raw Material (RM)

and

Finished Goods (FG)

inspection and approval. Carry out

microbial testing

and

heavy metal analysis

to ensure compliance with safety standards. Ensure proper calibration, operation, and maintenance of lab instruments. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of QC results as per

GMP/cGMP

norms. Prepare and manage test reports, logbooks, and related quality records. Collaborate with Production, QA, and R&D departments to resolve quality issues. Participate in audits and assist in implementing CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) plans. Ensure safe and clean working environment in the laboratory. Monitor stock levels of reagents, chemicals, and consumables required for QC operations.

Skills & Competencies:

Working Days & Shift Timings:

6 days working (09.00 am to 5.30 pm)
