As a

Quality Control Specialist

, you will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting materials and products throughout the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products Maintain accurate and up-to-date QC documentation and records Identify, document, and report non-conformities Assist in investigating quality issues and implementing corrective actions Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure product quality Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and laboratory equipment Ensure compliance with all internal and external quality standards, including GMP, ISO, or other relevant certifications Support internal and external audits Help develop and improve quality control procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in science or related field preferred Previous quality control or quality assurance experience in a [relevant industry] preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic knowledge of quality control standards and procedures Familiarity with tools such as calipers, micrometers, or lab testing equipment Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
