Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and monitor garment production quality at factories and vendors. Conduct quality inspections at various production stages (inline, mid-line, and final). Identify, report, and resolve quality issues to maintain product standards. Work closely with production and merchandising teams to implement corrective measures. Ensure compliance with technical specifications for knits and wovens. Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain quality documentation. Travel regularly to Bhiwandi (and other production hubs if required) for quality checks.

Requirements:

Experience:

5-7 years in quality control within the garment/apparel industry.

Expertise:

Strong knowledge of knits and woven fabrics, stitching techniques, and finishing standards.

Skills:

Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and ensure deadlines are met. Willingness to travel regularly for inspections.
