Job Summary

The QC cum Infrastructure Auditor is responsible for ensuring food quality, hygiene, safety, and infrastructure compliance across cafe outlets. The role includes regular audits of food safety practices, cleanliness, equipment condition, and facility standards to ensure smooth operations and brand consistency.

Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Control & Food Safety

Conduct regular quality audits of food preparation, storage, and service areas Ensure compliance with FSSAI, hygiene standards, SOPs, GMP, GHP, and HACCP basics Monitor personal hygiene, grooming standards, and staff practices Verify temperature control, FIFO/FEFO, shelf life, and storage conditions Check cleaning schedules, pest control records, and waste management

Infrastructure & Facility Audits

Inspect cafe infrastructure including flooring, walls, ceiling, drainage, lighting, ventilation, and wash areas Audit kitchen equipment, refrigeration units, exhaust systems, and fire safety equipment Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed Identify infrastructure gaps and raise corrective action reports Monitor signage, branding, customer seating, and ambience standards

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain audit reports, checklists, and non-conformance records Support internal and external audits (FSSAI, Labour, Fire, Local Authorities) Track CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions) and follow up with outlets Ensure licenses and certificates are valid and displayed

Training & Coordination

Train cafe staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality standards Coordinate with outlet managers, maintenance, and vendors for issue resolution Guide staff during new outlet openings and renovations

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of cafe operations and food safety standards Understanding of basic electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment maintenance Good observation, reporting, and communication skills Ability to conduct audits and prepare detailed reports Willingness to travel between outlets

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
