1. Coordinate with industry and conduct meetings on a regular basis.
2. Ensure and support Basic and PLEDGE activities.
3. Formation and implementation of GOE.
4. Coordination with industry associations.
5. Knowledge of 5S implementation and practices.
6. Knowledge of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action).
7. Knowledge of Lean concepts and methodologies.
8. Working knowledge of Quality Tools.
9. Knowledge and application of 7 QC Tools.
