Quality Control (QC) Specialist

in a modular furniture manufacturing unit ensures that all products meet specified quality standards throughout the production process. This role involves inspecting materials, monitoring manufacturing procedures, and verifying finished products to uphold the company's commitment to excellence.

Coordinator

delivery of furniture products. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Material Inspection:

Examine incoming raw materials, such as wood, hardware, and finishes, to ensure they meet predefined quality criteria before production begins.

In-Process Monitoring:

Conduct regular inspections during various production stages to identify and address defects or deviations from quality standards promptly.

Final Product Evaluation:

Perform comprehensive assessments of completed furniture pieces, checking for dimensional accuracy, structural integrity, finish quality, and overall compliance with design specifications.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance issues. Prepare reports summarizing quality findings and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

Collaboration:

Work closely with production, design, and procurement teams to communicate quality issues and support the development of solutions to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Compliance Assurance:

Ensure that all products adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Stay updated on relevant quality standards and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.

Continuous Improvement:

Participate in initiatives aimed at improving manufacturing processes, reducing defects, and enhancing overall product quality.
Review and process customer orders, ensuring all details are accurate and complete

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years in quality control within the furniture manufacturing industry, with a focus on modular furniture, is preferred.

Knowledge:

Understanding of quality control methodologies, furniture manufacturing materials, and finishes. Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations is essential.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to document findings and collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

Technical Proficiency:

Comfortable using measurement tools, quality assessment equipment, and software for data recording and analysis.

Education

engineering- Mechanical, Civil, must be knowledge of Auto Cad 2D, 3D , design, Interior Design and Reporting Structure knowledge.
