Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to ensure quality standards are met. Document and report non-conformance to construction specifications and standards. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to resolve quality issues. Prepare detailed quality control plans and procedures. Monitor and review construction activities to identify potential quality risks. Maintain records of inspections, tests, and other quality control activities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of quality expectations.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in construction quality control or quality assurance. Strong understanding of construction processes and standards. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
