Quality Controller

to ensure the highest standards in our production process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in knitted garment quality control and will play a key role in maintaining product excellence for both domestic and export markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance: Monitor and inspect garments at all stages of production, including cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing, to ensure adherence to quality standards. Identify and address defects or inconsistencies in the production line. Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with customer-specific quality requirements and company standards. Conduct quality checks for measurements, stitching accuracy, and overall garment aesthetics. Process Improvement: Provide feedback to production teams to improve processes and reduce quality issues. Implement and enforce quality control procedures and protocols. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed reports of quality inspections, highlighting recurring issues and suggesting corrective actions. Coordinate with supervisors and production managers to resolve quality-related concerns. Customer Requirements: Work closely with merchandising and production teams to ensure customer specifications are met. Conduct final inspections before shipment to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills

3-4 years of experience in quality control for knitted garment manufacturing. In-depth knowledge of knitted fabric types, garment construction, and quality standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects in garments. Good communication skills for liaising with production teams and management. Proficiency in maintaining quality control documentation.
