Quality Controller
Job Description
Inspect raw materials (steel plates, castings, forgings, bearings, liners, shafts, motors, hydraulic parts).
Verify material certificates, heat numbers, hardness, and dimensional accuracy.
Reject non-conforming materials and coordinate with suppliers for corrective actions.
Machining of shafts, housings, pulleys, flywheels
Assembly of jaw crushers, cone crushers, screens, VSI, HSI, feeders
Monitor welding quality (visual inspection, weld size, distortion control).
Verify machining tolerances, run-out, surface finish, bearing fits.
